The ferry will leave the Seattle area from the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal, about 1hr north of Seattle. The ferry line may start on the right-most lane if ferry traffic is particularly backed up, so be mindful of any stopped cars and be sure to hop in line (people will be very upset if you try to cut in down the road). Once you reach the ticket booth, they'll direct you towards a waiting area and you can eventually drive onto the ferry. Be sure to hop out of your car and go on the deck so you can check out the views of the water and islands! The ferry ride is pretty short, about 20 minutes. Once you reach Clinton, you're another 30 or so minutes to Coupeville!
Yes! There is ample parking at the venue and someone will be there to direct you towards a spot. We will be providing transportation between Coupeville and the venue, but if you decide to stay outside of Coupeville or would prefer to drive, please drive safely and be responsible.
Anyone staying in Coupeville is welcome to hop onto whatever shuttle works best for them! Shuttles will first pick up from the Coupeville Inn at 2:35pm. A second round of shuttles will pick up from both the Coupeville Inn and the Anchorage Inn at 3:05pm. Please be on time for shuttles, as they are running on a tight schedule!
Shuttles will return to Coupeville at 9pm for those looking to return to their accommodation. If you'd like to go to our after party at Goldie's, shuttles will leave the venue starting at 9:30pm. Those going to Goldie's will be within walking distance of lodging in Coupeville.
While we love all the little ones in our life, our wedding is an adults-only event. We look forward to a night of drinks, dancing, and celebration with you!
Our welcome party is fairly casual, so don't sweat the attire too much! For some guidance, a sundress for the ladies and a collared shirt with chinos or khakis for the men would be great. Wear whatever you feel best in!
Our wedding attire is semi-formal, and we would love to see bright and spring-like color! For guidance, a midi-length or longer dress for the ladies is encouraged. For the men, a suit or sport coat with dress pants would be ideal.
We will (hopefully) be outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour, so there may be some chilly moments. We recommend bringing a jacket, wrap, or shawl to stay warm. For the ladies, we suggest avoiding any stilettos, as we will be in grassy areas throughout the celebrations.
